Steps in Beginning Reading

Here are the easiest steps in teaching beginning reading. First, produce the sound of vowel letters (a,e,i,o,u), then the consonant letters (b,c,d,f,g,h,j,k,l,m,n,p,q,r,s,t,v,w,x,y,z) be sure your child can sounds the letters correctly.You may proceed to another letter if the child already mastered that particular sound. Do not proceed to other letter if he or she did not shows mastery.(To avoid confusuion on the part of your child.)

Third is saying the syllables (consonant-vowel or vowel- consonant).Next is reading the CVC (Consonant Vowel Consonant) word or the three letter word.

Fifth step is reading four letter word (pagpapantig-pantig) kung ang bata ay marunong ng bumasa ng pantig pantig mga nanay pwede ng pabasahin ng Unang Hakbang sa Pagbasa.The last step is reading the  Basic Sight Words.

I'm sure my dear Mother your child can now read with these steps.Give more patience when you follow up your child. Respect the mood of the child do not force her or him.Give rewards if she or he did good deeds.
